A 3 credit Ethics course which will satisfy NAR’s Biennial Ethics Requirement and the NJREC Continuing Education Ethics requirement. Students participating in the course will come away with a greater understanding of how to handle relationships with their clients and their fellow Realtors in a framework of proper ethical behavior. The actions that should be taken when the principles of the Code of Ethics are in question or when the issue of procuring cause arises will also be addressed.

- Review of Ethics Enforcement Procedures and Arbitration Guidelines
