Description: This seminar will assist you in more fully understanding the Attorney Review process in New Jersey.  You will learn about technical service and Contract terms regarding the review process.  Additionally, your instructor will advise you on the standard modification made to the Realtor Form Contract.  Furthermore, your instructor will advise you on common, but not standard, modifications to the Realtor Form Contract, such as Use and Occupancy Agreements, term changes from differing types of Sellers, etc.  Lastly, the instructor will advise you on the completion of attorney review and rights and duties of all parties as the Contract becomes binding.
