Planning & Zoning, 3 Elective Credits, $25 per person.
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to understand the makeup of each of the boards and all the factors influencing their collective decisions. They will understand how these decisions affect real estate values and about the other agencies that also impact local board decisions. While there is no requirement to attend a planning or zoning board meeting, it is suggested that the student attend a planning or zoning board meeting to fully understand the lessons learned in this course. This course is 3 Elective Credits towards NJ Continuing Education for 2021 Licensing Cycle. Instructor, Ron Prykanowski.
