Professional Standards 101 is a "back to the basics" course aimed at assuring attendees have a strong understanding of the Code of Ethics and the key foundational concepts for those who enforce the Code by serving on grievance committees, professional standards hearing panels, appeals, procedural review tribunals, ombudsman and mediators.

This course provides a comprehensive overview of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and the procedures used to enforce it. Participants will leave with a strong understanding of the concepts involved with ethics complaints and arbitration requests; ensuring whether you're serving on a grievance committee, professional standards hearing panel, appeals panel or a procedural review tribunal you'll be prepared!
