At the conclusion of this course, the licensee will: 1) Understand the extent of social media and its use in real estate 2) Have reviewed various regulations regarding the use of social media 3) Have practiced by reviewing various uses of social media as example 4) Have the tools to develop a social media policy for their business
A real estate licensee today spends much of their time online and on various social media sites. Through the use of various examples/situations, the material will review legal and ethical obligations as well as good business practice. This will not be limited to licensing obligations, but will extend to discussions about privacy and copyrights.
