This seminar will assist you in growing your client base through knowledge of an ever growing and challenging foreclosure environment.  You will learn about Pre and Post Foreclosure Transactions (Short Sales & REOs) and how they affect you, the Buyer, and the Seller.  You will be able to identify when a Short Sale is feasible and how to navigate through streams of documentation required with either a Short Sale or REO purchase.  In addition, the differences in Contract terms, Buyer and Seller responsibilities and timelines will be described.
