Learn about the Ancient Chinese practice of Qi (Chi) Gong (Kung). Qi Gong is a system of exercises, meditations and breath-work practices, combined to improve & harmonize the flow of “qi” (life force energy) with in the body. Qi Gong is easy to learn, non-strenuous and doesn’t require a lot of room to be performed!! Qi Gong can increase your physical strength, flexibility, and mental function as well as aid in the reduction of stress.
During the 1 hour class, you will be introduced to several Medical Qi Gong forms of slow flowing movements, meditation and breath sequences to help improve your health and energy levels.
