In this session, the discussion will include mold remediation – where it is commonly found and preventative measures to prevent mold growth, the mold protocol, standard remediation steps and typical timelines and costs. It will also briefly discuss other issues which concern the fluid home sale transition, such as issues surrounding disturbance of lead paint during home improvement projects and deodorization challenges facing the realtor. This is intended to be an open session for to provide insights on these and any other relevant issues the REALTOR faces.
