    90-hour Broker Basic: 83 Core, 1 Fair Housing, 6 Ethics Credits
    This course covers, in depth, New Jersey real estate law and rules and regulations. Also covered are agency, ethics, contracts, appraisal, federal law, fair housing, title, taxes, deeds, ownership methods, mortgage financing, and many other related subjects.
     
Important Message: This class is virtual. You will receive a Zoom link one day before class allowing you access to the webinar. Register for all three courses for $895 and gain 150 hours of CE Credits! Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 am - 4:30 pm.
