Class Description: This seminar will discuss the impact of NJ environmental regulations on the real estate transaction. Topics to include Highlands Act, Pinelands, Freshwater Wetland and Wetlands Acts.  Review of regulations and red flags of various environmental hazards such as oil tanks, mold, asbestos, septic tanks and wells.
