DESCRIPTION: The Accredited Buyer’s Representative ( ABR®) designation helps prepare real estate professionals to better represent buyer clients in residential real estate transactions and provide quality of service that sellers customarily enjoy. This course covers the proper techniques and practices of buyer representation that will enhance your bottom line, review agency relationships, negotiation strategies, explain the advantages of buyer representation from the buyer's, sellers, listing and selling broker's perspectives and identify sources of buyer clients. From the initial selection of properties, all the way through contract negotiations and settlement, you can be an agent specifically committed to representing the buyer's best interest when buying a home.
*Designation requires REBAC membership. REBAC membership dues are $110/year. Your first year's membership in REBAC is included free with successful completion of the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation Course.
