Home inspections have become commonplace as a consumer service in direct response to the desire of homebuyers to learn about the condition of a house prior to purchase. This course provides an introduction to home inspections for real estate agents in order to help with their understanding of the scope of a home inspection, common conditions found on home inspections and additional inspection services commonly requested by home buyers or home sellers.
