Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: Understand NJDEP Septic Code as it relates to Real Property Transfers. Understand and differentiate septic system components. Understand permitting requirements when necessary. Understand inspection protocol and reporting requirements.

The South Jersey Real Estate Academy is hosting, SEPTIC 101, presented by English Septic. This two hour presentation will enable you to better understand the different aspects of septic systems.  A Question and Answer session follows to discuss any septic related topic including the inspection process.  This class is worth 2 Elective CE Credits.
