Description:

A 3 hour course which will satisfy both the NAR Code of Ethics Requirement and the NJREC Continuing Education ethics requirement. Upon successful completion of this course, students will achieve an understanding of how to practice real estate in the most ethical way possible, and the actions taken when ethics are in question. In addition to the ethics component, the course will also review both the Federal and State Fair Housing guidelines in celebration of 50+ years of Fair Housing in order to ensure equal housing opportunity for all.

This 3-hour course fulfills both the NAR Quadrennial Requirement and the NJREC Continuing Education requirement. Upon successful completion, students will gain an understanding of ethical real estate practices and the appropriate actions to take when ethical issues arise. The course also covers Federal and State Fair Housing guidelines, celebrating over 50 years of Fair Housing and promoting equal housing opportunities for all. To receive CE credit for online courses, attendees must participate fully and interact throughout the entire webinar.
