The real estate contract...more than just filling in the blanks - Real Estate Licensees will get a better understanding of the content of the NJ Realtor Sales Contract, prepare to review, explain and complete the NJ Realtor Sales Contract and prepare to present and negotiate the Sales Contract in obtaining client signatures.

Cancellation Policy: If the board cancels a class, tuition will be refunded or transferred to another available class, whichever you choose. If a member decides to cancel a class, a written notice must be submitted 3 business days prior to the class to education@bergenboard.com and there will be a $10 registration fee, unless the member decides to transfer to another course, which will lose the refund option. No tuition will be refunded for any reason on the day of the class. All refunds are issued in a form of a CHECK ONLY and can take up to 10 Business days to process.
