?Experience & Education Licensing Requirements
    *Applicant must be currently licensed and working as a real estate salesperson full-time for a minimum of three consecutive years for the term, prior to the date of application.
    *Applicant must complete the total 150-hours of education courses (90-hours Broker General, 30-hours Ethics & Agency, and 30-hours Office Management ).
    *REQUIRED: Download Experience Report for Broker Applicant this MUST be completed before registering for the class
