What a Realtor can do to “earn” the listing once the house has been completely remodeled, what steps contractors and investors take to complete a flipped property and what a Realtor should be looking for before putting a flipped property on the market. We will have Christopher Silva, owner of 203k Contractors LLC, with us to discuss logistics and pricing. Chris is not only the owner of a construction company but is also a Realtor and can help guide people on the to working with investors. How CMA is crucial for ARV and accurate projected rental income will also be discussed.
