The Certified Real Estate Team Specialist certification is designed to improve team development, individual leadership skills, and financial performance. The courses provide the tools, strategies, and knowledge that are required of today’s real estate professionals who are either considering or currently operating in a team environment. It is for team leaders, team members, those looking to start a team, and those who simply want to sharpen their management skills.
How to Earn It: Complete all three of the C-RETS courses, Member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS® & One-time application fee $159.

Cancellation Policy: If a course is CANCELLED, a refund check will be issued within 10 Business days. NO registration fee will be refunded for any reason on the day of the class. If a member wishes to drop out of a class, at any time, a written notice must be submitted 3 business days in advance of the starting date in order to receive a tuition refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. The notice must be e-mailed to Adriana@GreaterBergenRealtors.com  or Kathy@GreaterBergenRealtors.com . If you decide to transfer to another class, note this is a one-time courtesy at no additional charge, unless the fee for the other class is greater, a difference of payment will be required and submitted. GBR reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified prior to the event and full refunds will be issued by check.
