CLASS DESCRIPTION: In this session agents will learn the importance of peer influence and online reviews. Reviews are now king. We will explore the physiological effects of review based buying decisions in the modern economic environment. Agents will develop new strategies to obtain higher review completion and exposure. What systems are available for online reviews? In class the following online review engines will be covered: Facebook, Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, Trulia, Yelp, Social Survey. The class will teach the best time to ask for a review in the transaction and the best execution for receiving the highest number of reviews.
