SRS - The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria. The 2-day SRS Designation Course will redefine your "normal" and reinvent the way you represent sellers. It provides a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.
After completing the 2 day course, you will also need to complete one of the SRS elective courses.

How to Earn it:
*Education - Complete the SRS course, either online or in a classroom, setting and Complete one of the SRS elective courses (link is external).
*Exam - There is no exam requirement for the SRS Course.
*Professional Affiliation - Member in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS® and Member in good standing with SRS
*Work Experience - Documentation of three completed transactions in which you acted solely as a seller representative.
*Application - Submit the designation application along with documentation of five completed transactions.
*Cost - Annual dues: Waived for the first year after its $99 each subsequent year. After the course you Must Submit Application and annual FEE, NOT included in the Course fee.

Cancellation Policy: If a course is CANCELLED, a refund check will be issued within 10 Business days. NO registration fee will be refunded for any reason on the day of the class. If a member wishes to drop out of a class, at any time, a written notice must be submitted 3 business days in advance of the starting date in order to receive a tuition refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. If you decide to transfer to another class, note this is a one-time courtesy at no additional charge, unless the fee for the other class is greater, a difference of payment will be required and submitted. GBR reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified prior to the event and full refunds will be issued by check.
