Are your Transaction Becoming your OR'Deals - Real Estate Licensees will obtain a better understanding  of the legal and practical transaction complexities in obtaining listings, marketing properties, working with buyers, preparing and negotiating contracts and processing the real estate transactions to a successful closing. Course content provides a chronological step by step progression in discussing and analyzing the listing appointment and presentation, marketing real estate, working with and qualifying buyers, preparing and negotiating a contract of sale and processing the real estate transaction.

CE Cancellation Policy: If a course is CANCELLED, a refund check will be issued within 10 Business days. NO registration fee will be refunded for any reason on the day of the class. If a member wishes to drop out of a class, at any time, a written notice must be submitted 3 business days in advance of the starting date in order to receive a tuition refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. If you decide to transfer to another class, note this is a one-time courtesy at no additional charge, unless the fee for the other class is greater, a difference of payment will be required and submitted.
