Going through the process of taking borrowers that either qualify for very small loan amounts or don’t qualify for a loan at all, and giving them the power to buy the house that they want. This comes from a full understanding of non-conventional loan programs, specific underwriting guidelines, credit reporting, and how to creatively restructure a borrower’s financial situation. We’ll use real world examples from personal experiences, and follow the step-by-step process on how a person can go from being denied by multiple lenders, to finding themselves in the house of their dreams a few weeks later.
