SRES- Senior Real Estate Specialist
The SRES Designation Course helps real estate professionals develop the business-building skills and resources for specialization in the 50+ real estate market by expanding knowledge of how life stages impact real estate choices, connecting to a network of resources, and fostering empathy with clients and customers.
Having this Designation you will gain Access to the online SRES® member database,  Access to the members-only section of the SRES® web site, Consumer marketing materials, Quarterly newsletter, Marketing letters & Scripts and concepts for contacting clients age 50+.
There is no Application to submit.
SRES® Council annual dues:  First full year is free after the 1st yr. $99 per year thereafter.

Cancellation Policy: If a course is CANCELLED, a refund check will be issued within 10 Business days. NO registration fee will be refunded for any reason on the day of the class. If a member wishes to drop out of a class, at any time, a written notice must be submitted 3 business days in advance of the starting date in order to receive a tuition refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. The notice must be e-mailed to Adriana@GreaterBergenRealtors.com  or Kathy@GreaterBergenRealtors.com . If you decide to transfer to another class, note this is a one-time courtesy at no additional charge, unless the fee for the other class is greater, a difference of payment will be required and submitted. GBR reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified prior to the event and full refunds will be issued by check.
