I Think I Have a Buyer, What Do I Do Next? This REALTOR® Buyer Agency course is three- and half-hour course which will develop the real estate professional on buyer representation, ethical behavior, and limit risk to themselves and their brokerage with positive business outcomes. Students will learn how to assess risk in their current practice and create professional standards, systems, scripts, and tools for showing properties.  Upon successful completion of this course, students be able to identify buyers who are ready, willing and able to purchase as well as protect them from professional violations.

CE Cancellation Policy If a course is CANCELLED, a refund check will be issued within 10 Business days. NO registration fee will be refunded for any reason on the day of the class. If a member wishes to drop out of a class, at any time, a written notice must be submitted 3 business days in advance of the starting date in order to receive a tuition refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee.
