Lenders do not want to overstep the Agent’s role, so we work as a team to supplement each other for the client to understand our “why” throughout the transaction. Nobody wants to talk about is so we are going to hit the topic head on for both sides of the transaction. Agents and Lenders don’t always fully disclose the issues that arise throughout a transaction.
