Multiple Offers – Be Prepared - Let’s review options/ strategies buyers have to increase their chance of seeing their offer accepted, sellers have to make the right choice, and overall keep good working relationships with everyone! Ater reviewing the legal and ethical requirements (such as confidentiality issues, disclosures, escalation clauses), the course will discuss the various scenarios buyers and sellers may encounter, discuss the pros and cons of various strategies, so that clients can ultimately make an informed decision on their course of action. Risk management suggestions for the licensees facing multiple offers will conclude the course.

CE Cancellation Policy: If a course is CANCELLED, a refund check will be issued within 10 Business days. NO registration fee will be refunded for any reason on the day of the class. If a member wishes to drop out of a class, at any time, a written notice must be submitted 3 business days in advance of the starting date in order to receive a tuition refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee.
