For many real estate professionals, short sales and foreclosures are the new “traditional” real estate transaction. Knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good skills to have in today’s market—they are critical. And while short sales and foreclosures are not for the faint of heart, agents with the proper tools and training can use these specialty areas to build their business for the long term.
After taking the course, REBAC will email you with instructions on taking 3 additional Webinar courses, which is found at http://realtorsfr.org/course-registration/sfr-webinars. After completing the SFR Certification and 3 webinar classes, you can then submit your application along with payment.

Cancellation Policy: If a course is cancelled, a refund check will be issued. NO registration fee will be refunded for any reason on the day of the class. If a member wishes to drop out of a class, a written notice must be submitted 5 business days in advance of the starting date in order to receive a tuition refund, minus a $50 registration fee. The notice must be e-mailed to education@bergenboard.com. EBCBOR reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified prior to the event and full refunds will be issued by check.
