RENE - The Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification is for real estate professionals who want to sharpen their negotiation skills. The RENE certification program gives REALTORS® the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients. Improve your negotiating skills. In this class learn about behind-the-scenes issues and how to deal with them, learn how to handle a wide range of personalities and situations and learn to sort out the competing objectives of the parties involved in a transaction.
How to Earn it:
*Education-Complete the two-day course : Day 1: The Power Negotiator’s Playbook and Day 2: Advanced Field Negotiations
*Exam-There is no exam requirement for this certification.
*Professional Affiliation-Member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®
*Application-The application will be sent to you after you’ve completed the required courses.
*Cost- One-time application fee of $159 to REBAC after the course is completed.

Cancellation Policy: If a course is cancelled, a refund check will be issued. NO registration fee will be refunded for any reason on the day of the class. If a member wishes to drop out of a class, a written notice must be submitted 5 business days in advance of the starting date in order to receive a tuition refund, minus a $100 registration fee. The notice must be e-mailed to education@bergenboard.com. EBCBOR reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified prior to the event and full refunds will be issued by check.
