CRS-Converting Leads Into Closing - CRS is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers. Whether you are a new agent building your business or an established agent keeping your database fresh, maintaining a flow of potential customers is crucial to your success. Attracting leads is key, but if you don’t have effective systems for converting them into closings, you’re leaving money on the table. This fast paced one-day course highlights both traditional and digital approaches to identifying and closing more customers. Instruction and activities cover all aspects of a successful customer interaction experience--attraction, first contact, needs analysis, incubation, conversion, closing, and beyond.

Education

There are two paths to the CRS designation:
60/30/30 Program

30 hours of RRC education

Pro Program

16 hours of RRC education

Volume Requirements

U.S. CRS Designees (link is external)

60/30/30 Program

60 transactions or $30 million in volume in the past five years

Pro Program

10+ years as a licensed real estate agent

150 transactions total, or an average of $1 million per year with at least 40 transactions


Cancellation Policy: If a course is CANCELLED, a refund check will be issued within 10 Business days. NO registration fee will be refunded for any reason on the day of the class. If a member wishes to drop out of a class, at any time, a written notice must be submitted 3 business days in advance of the starting date in order to receive a tuition refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. The notice must be e-mailed to Adriana@GreaterBergenRealtors.com or Kathy@GreaterBergenRealtors.com . If you decide to transfer to another class, note this is a one-time courtesy at no additional charge, unless the fee for the other class is greater, a difference of payment will be required and submitted. GBR reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified prior to the event and full refunds will be issued by check.
