Refresher workshop designed for Grievance and Professional Standards committees.
This "back to the basics" course is aimed at assuring attendees have a strong understanding of the Code of Ethics and the key foundational concepts
for those who enforce the Code by serving on
grievance committees, professional standards hearing panels, appeals, procedural review tribunals, ombudsman and mediators.
