How Mortgage work-Understanding Different Program and Homebuyers Options- This course will discuss Different Loan Programs and Down Payment Options available to a Home Buyer and how we Analyze these Options Based on the Home Buyers Needs. We will discuss: What Affects Credit Scores? The Do’s and Don’ts when Buying a Home.  A Brief Overview of How Interest Rates Work as well as any Updates and Changes happening in the Mortgage and Credit Industry that Home Buyers and Realtors should be Aware of.
