We will explore the physiological effects of review based buying decisions in the modern economic environment. Learn what systems are available for online reviews? In class the following online review engines will be covered: Facebook, Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, Trulia, Yelp, Social Survey. The class will learn the best time to ask for a review in the transaction and the best execution for receiving the highest number of reviews. The class will learn that receiving is not everything it is also great to thank and return a great review to your referral partners and clients.
