This course covers the fundamentals and obligations of disclosure as it relates to buyers, sellers, and real estate agents. We’ll begin by reviewing the “as is” clause and the significance of material facts disclosure. Then, we’ll move into seller property disclosure along with the importance of the home inspection to buyers. Finally, and very important, we’ll differentiate between misrepresentation and fraud – a key topic for all agents and brokers.
