This course will review our fiduciary responsibilities, license law and the Code of Ethics. The proper usage of various forms: the CIS Agreement, the Buyer Agency Agreement and the Listing Agreement will be reviewed so that we are properly counseling our Clients. Commission structures will be discussed with an eye to achieving transparency. What we must say, and what we should never say will be discussed.
